Yoga and Acupuncture Workshop Tomorrow Night

Unwind and reset in this deeply restorative experience that blends gentle movement, stillness, and mindful healing. We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow to ease tension and prepare the body for deep relaxation. After settling into supported postures on the floor, you'll receive a calming acupuncture treatment designed to promote balance and inner peace. With the addition of sound bowls, the relaxation will further deepen, creating a truly immersive healing experience.

To complete the experience, enjoy a soothing cup of herbal tea crafted to enhance the calming effects of your practice. You're encouraged to bring any props—blankets, bolsters, eye masks, or anything that supports your comfort while resting for an extended period of time.
